What we offer

Peakeasy Training offers friendly, personal, individualised IT and computer tuition from beginners’ levels to advanced training.
We start from where you are, and will design a tuition programme to suit your individual needs and requirements.
We will literally start at the beginning. If you haven’t got a computer yet, we will provide advice on how and where to buy a computer; then how to connect up the various parts (if it’s a desktop system), and how to connect it to the Internet; how to switch on, ‘boot up’ and check your system; how to put your system into ‘standby’, ‘hibernation’ or switch off (and what these terms mean), etc. Or we can start with email accounts, or using Internet search engines and browsers, or word processing in Microsoft Word – or at whatever point you wish. If you have problems with any aspect of your hardware or software, we will solve those for you first.
- We will carry out a preliminary computer system check-up – to ensure that your computer it set up correctly and all software is working properly; this includes checking and troubleshooting your email accounts and ISP broadband connection.
